I’m Dr Preeti and I’m thrilled to welcome you to my little corner on the internet. Why did I start this webpage? Well, it all comes down to a personal journey through the world of physical therapy.

Like many of you, I’ve felt the weight of burnout creeping in. The long hours, the emotional toll, the constant demands – it’s a lot. But through it all, I’ve come to believe that we’re stronger together and that we can not only survive but thrive in this profession.

That’s why I created this space. It’s a haven for Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, and Speech Therapists who need a breather, a place to recharge, and a Mindful community that understands the struggle. I want you to know that you’re not alone in this.

Through group training sessions, I aim to foster connections that go beyond professional titles. We’re here to learn from each other, to lift each other up, and to reignite the passion that brought us into this field in the first place.

And then there are our Self Care Retreats . Picture this: a retreat where you can kick off your shoes, let your hair down, and just be. It’s a time for self-reflection, rejuvenation, and rediscovery. You deserve it, and I’m here to make it happen.

But let me be clear – this isn’t just about escaping burnout. It’s about crafting a sustainable, fulfilling career. It’s about finding joy in every session, and knowing that you’re making a difference, not just for your patients, but for yourself too.

So, here’s to you—the dedicated, compassionate healthcare experts who’re ready to reclaim their passion and purpose. I’m here to walk this path with you and provide the support and resources you need to thrive.

Attending yoga lessons with Preeti has been a truly fulfilling and amazing experience! She always had a well prepared session and very gradually moved to the difficult yoga poses, which allowed my body the time to flex and achieve it with ease. What I loved the most about her sessions is that she explains what the intent and purpose of each pose is. Like anything else, knowing the why behind it made the experience wholesome. Doing yoga classes with Preeti was a wonderful experience. Being a senior citizen I was little sceptical if I would be able to do complex yoga poses. But she moved on gradually from easy to difficult poses ,allowing me to adjust , motivating me all the time with her sweet words and in lilting voice. It not only increased the muscle flexibility but gave a boost to my confidence. Her explanation of Chakras with help of yoga was a novel and amazing thing.
